Houston Psychotherapists, Inc., is collaborating with The PRISM Programs (Programs for Innovative Self-Management) offered by Fontana & Associates to offer a Northwest location for the PRISM Group Intensive Outpatient Program.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an opportunity for a more intensive therapeutic intervention.  The IOP offers 3-10 hours per week of therapy – depending on the individualized needs of the client.  IOP is particularly well suited for adults experiencing considerable stress, anxiety/panic, depression, interpersonal conflict and/or problems in coping and functioning.

State-of-the-art programming includes:  psychoeducation, specific coping skills and strategies to address each individual’s stressors, DBT skills (i.e. mindfulness skills, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness), relapse prevention, family services and close collaboration in care with the client’s psychiatrist, private therapist, and Employee Assistance Professional (if needed).  We specialize in assisting motivated adults who are in crisis and who are serious about recovery and personal growth.  In addition to the Northwest location, PRISM Group IOP is offered in Bellaire at 6750 West Loop South, Suite 675 Bellaire, TX  77401 (832) 778 6750.
